Hi Dave,

you're right, navbar.src does not safely detect whether a path is
absolute or relative.
I replaced the regexp by the one used in URI::URL. The WML tarball
becomes bigger and bigger, but i try to keep it small. It's why i prefer
not to include the URI perl module.
