Which actually points at a "bug" in
wml-SNAP-199909071201.tar.gz. Apparently the VERSION file wasn't
updated in this SNAP ...


P.S.: There is nothing better than self-documenting software
      installation. It makes upgrading a package SOOO much
      easier. Look at http://www.sepp.ee.ethz.ch and
      http://www.ee.ethz.ch/sepp if you want to know more ...
