eperl: redefinition of `union semun'

after the announce of Denis I have download WML 1.99.4 because I have
problems with compiling WML 1.99.3. But I get the same error:

make[2]: Entering directory
cc -O2 -pipe -Dbool=char -DHAS_BOOL -I/usr/local/include
-I/usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i586-linux/CORE -I. -c eperl_main.c
In file included from eperl_perl5.h:42,
                  from eperl_main.c:40:

`union semun'
make[2]: *** [eperl_main.o] Error 1

But the results of configure seems to look okay.
The output from configure of the eperl section:

Configuring for wml_backend/p3_eperl
running /bin/sh ./configure --prefix=/opt/wml/ --cache-file=../.././config.cache --srcdir=.
Configuring for ePerl 2.2.14 (02-Aug-1998)
loading cache ../.././config.cache

Here are the version output from my eperl and perl:

mm@tower:~/_neu/+Eingang/WML/wml-1.99.4 > eperl -v

I'm using a SuSE 6.3.
