Practical Extraction and Reporting Language (Perl)

These are references to the Perl Scripting Language which is provided inside WML by Pass 3 (ePerl) as the primary programming language for offline server-side generation (in contrast to JavaScript which is an online client-side one). Perl code snippets can be easily included into pages by using WML's <perl> container tag from wml::std::tags.
